1. What MEMEWORLD is

MEMEWORLD is a website that helps you create a memecoin on Solana through Pump's on-chain program, and shows every coin created through it as a country on one shared 3D planet. Territory size follows market cap.

The planet, territories, borders, flags, ranks and the "President" title are a visualization for entertainment. They are not property, land, ownership, membership or rights of any kind, and they don't give a coin any value.

2. Your wallet, your transactions

• MEMEWORLD is non-custodial. You connect your own wallet. We never ask for, see or store your private key or seed phrase.
• Every transaction is shown in your wallet before you approve it. Transactions on Solana are final and can't be reversed by us or anyone else.
• You are responsible for your wallet, its security and everything you sign with it.

3. Launching a coin

• The connected wallet is the coin's creator. The coin is created on Pump's program and follows Pump's rules (bonding curve, graduation to PumpSwap and so on), which Pump can change.
• The token name, ticker, logo, description and links are written into the coin's metadata (stored on IPFS) at launch. Neither you nor MEMEWORLD can change them after launch. The country name and motto are shown on MEMEWORLD.
• Before you sign, the site shows the cost of the launch for your wallet: account rent required by Solana and Pump, the network fee and your optional buy at launch. These are paid from your wallet; MEMEWORLD charges no launch fee.
• A country appears on the planet only after its fee setup is verified on-chain.

4. Fees

• Creator fee: 100% goes to MEMEWORLD's fee wallet (the address is shown on the create page). This is set inside the launch transaction and locked on-chain, so nobody, including you and us, can change it later. You, the creator, receive 0% of the creator fee.
• After graduation, the creator fee on the coin's canonical PumpSwap pool also goes to MEMEWORLD.
• Pump's protocol fee goes to Pump, and after graduation the LP fee goes to liquidity providers, under Pump's rules. MEMEWORLD doesn't receive or control them.

5. Your content

You are responsible for everything you publish: names, tickers, logos, descriptions, links and President messages. You must have the rights to what you upload. Don't impersonate real people, brands or other projects, and don't publish illegal content, scams, phishing links, hate, harassment or sexual content involving minors.

We may hide, unlist or remove any country, message or other content from the MEMEWORLD website, bot and channel at any time. We can't change or delete anything that is on the blockchain or on IPFS.

6. No advice, no promises

Nothing on MEMEWORLD, including posts and replies written by AI in our Telegram, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an endorsement of any coin. Market caps, prices and other numbers come from on-chain data and third-party sources and can be delayed or wrong. Read the Risk Disclosure.

7. Who can use MEMEWORLD

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use crypto assets there. Don't use MEMEWORLD where it's against the law. You are responsible for any taxes on your activity.

8. Third-party services

MEMEWORLD relies on services we don't control: the Solana network, Pump and PumpSwap, your wallet, IPFS and Pinata, RPC providers, DexScreener, Telegram and our hosting providers. Their outages, changes or errors are outside our control.

9. No warranty, limited liability

MEMEWORLD is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or shut down any part of it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEMEWORLD and its team are not liable for any loss of funds, profits or data, or any indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of MEMEWORLD, of coins created through it, or of third-party services.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use MEMEWORLD after a change means you accept it.
