Privacy

MEMEWORLD has no accounts, no sign-up and no email. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies and don't sell data. This page lists what we do process and why.

Public by design

Wallet addresses and transactions. When you connect a wallet, its public address is used to build your transactions and to show your countries. Addresses and transactions on Solana are public to everyone.
Your coin and country. Country name, token name, ticker, logo, description, motto, links and President messages are stored in our database and shown publicly on the site and in our Telegram channel.
Coin metadata on IPFS. The logo, name, ticker, description and links are uploaded to IPFS (via Pinata) when you launch. IPFS is public and practically permanent: we can't delete it.

Technical data

Rate limiting. To stop abuse we count requests per IP address. We store only a salted hash of the IP, never the address itself, and delete it within a day.
Uploads. Images you upload but never launch with are deleted automatically after about a day.
Hosting. Our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon) may keep standard server logs under their own privacy policies.
Your browser. The wallet connector remembers which wallet you picked in your browser's local storage. Nothing else is stored on your device.

If you write to the MEMEWORLD bot or comment in the channel's discussion, the bot reads those messages to reply and to moderate (for example, deleting spam). The last messages of a conversation are kept for up to 3 days as context. Replies may be written with the help of an AI model (Claude by Anthropic), so the text of your message is sent to it for that purpose.

Services that receive data

To work, MEMEWORLD sends data to: Solana RPC providers (your transactions and wallet address), Pinata/IPFS (coin metadata), DexScreener (market data lookups by coin address), Telegram (channel posts and bot replies) and our hosting providers.

Removal

We can remove a country's off-chain content (description, motto, logo copy, President messages) from our website and database on request from the creator wallet. On-chain data and IPFS metadata can't be removed by anyone. Contact us through the official MEMEWORLD Telegram channel.
